基于低共熔溶剂的Lyocell织物抗菌改性研究

【摘要】 针对Lyocell纤维表面的活性基团较少,难以通过化学改性抗菌剂赋予其长效抗菌性的问题,使用低共熔溶剂(DES)对Lyocell纤维进行预处理,增加其反应活性位点,同时使用预处理后的DES作为改性反应的反应介质,以戊二醛作为偶联剂将聚六亚甲基盐酸胍(PHMG)接枝到Lyocell纤维表面。对DES处理前后的Lyocell纤维结构进行表征分析,探讨反应时间、戊二醛与PHMG的量比对Lyocell纤维性能的影响。结果表明,Lyocell纤维改性最佳条件为50℃下预处理60 min、戊二醛与PHMG量比6∶1、反应温度120℃、反应时间20 min,该条件下改性后的Lyocell纤维N含量为0.48%,洗涤前后对大肠埃希菌的抗菌率均达到99.9%以上,断裂强力仍保留80%以上。PHMG改性后Lyocell纤维具有优良的抗菌性能,适用于衣物、医用敷料等领域。

【Abstract】 To address the issue that the surface of Lyocell fibers has few active groups,making it difficult to endow them with long-lasting antibacterial properties through chemical modification of antibacterial agents,deep eutectic solvent( DES) was used to pretreat the Lyocell fibers to increase their reactive sites. Meanwhile,the pretreated DES were used as the reaction medium for the modification reaction,and glutaraldehyde was used as a coupling agent to graft polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride( PHMG) onto the surface of the Lyocell fibers. The structure of Lyocell fibers before and after DES treatment was analyzed and characterized,and the effects of reaction time and the molar ratio of glutaraldehyde to PHMG on the properties of Lyocell fibers were discussed. The results show that the optimal conditions for the modification of Lyocell fibers are pretreatment at 50 ℃ for 60 minutes,the molar ratio of glutaraldehyde to PHMG is 6 ∶1,the reaction temperature is 120 ℃,and the reaction time is 20 minutes. Under these conditions,the N content of the modified Lyocell fibers is 0.48%,and the inhibition rate of Escherichia coli before and after washing can reach more than 99. 9%. The breaking strength still remains above 80%. PHMG modified Lyocell fibers have excellent antibacterial properties and are suitable for fields such as clothing and medical dressings.
