壳聚糖基抗菌整理剂的制备及其在棉织物的应用
Preparation of chitosan-based antibacterial finishing agent and its application for cotton fabric
【摘要】 为了制备具有抗菌性能的棉织物,采用酰胺化法制备季膦盐和三聚氯氰双改性壳聚糖抗菌整理剂,并将整理剂整理到棉织物上,通过红外光谱分析(FTIR)、水溶性分析和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对整理剂进行表征,采用X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对整理前后的棉织物进行表征,系统评价其抗菌性能及耐久性。结果表明:整理剂水溶性较壳聚糖大幅提高,整理后的棉织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抗菌率分别为99.99%和99.77%;整理后棉织物经15次水洗后,对2种菌种的抗菌率仍在90%以上,具有优异的抗菌性能和耐久性。
【Abstract】 In order to prepare cotton fabrics with antibacterial properties, quaternary phosphonium salts and melamine double-modified chitosan antibacterial finishing agent were prepared by the amidation method, and then the finishing agents were applied to the cotton fabrics. The finishing agents were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), water solubility analysis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The cotton fabric before and after finishing was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and its antibacterial performance and washing stability were systematically evaluated. The results show that the water solubility of the finishing agent is significantly higher than that of chitosan. The antibacterial rates of the finishing cotton fabric against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 99.99% and 99.77% respectively. After 15 times of washing of the finishing cotton fabric, the antibacterial rates against the two species remained above 90%, demonstrating excellent antibacterial performance and durability.
