基于MetCal的铜侧吹氧化熔炼过程热力学仿真分析

【摘要】 采用所构建的铜侧吹熔炼过程多相平衡热力学仿真模型及计算系统,在典型工况条件下计算的产物组成结果与实际产出情况基本吻合,验证了模型热力学分析的可行性,并在此基础上进一步考察氧料比(ROC)、石灰熔剂率(RCaO)、石英熔剂率(RSiO2)、富氧浓度(COxy)、燃煤率(RCoal)等工艺参数对主要技术指标的影响。结果表明:提高ROC,渣含铜、铜锍品位、渣含Fe3O4、渣中铁硅比和烟气中SO2浓度升高,而渣含CaO降低;提高RCaO,渣含CaO升高;提高RSiO2,渣含CaO和Fe3O4均降低;提高RCoal,除渣含CaO升高外,其它主要技术指标均降低;提高COxy,烟气中SO2浓度升高。

【Abstract】 The multi-phase equilibrium thermodynamic simulation model and calculation system of the copper sideblown smelting process were constructed. The results of product composition calculated under typical working conditions were consistent with the actual output, which verified the feasibility of the thermodynamic analysis of the model. On this basis, the effects of process parameters such as oxygen-to-material ratio(ROC), lime flux rate(RCaO), quartz flux rate(RSiO2), oxygen-enriched concentration(COxy), and coal burning rate(RCoal) on the main technical indicators were further investigated. The results show that as ROC increases, the copper content, the amount of slag enriched with gangue, the content of Fe3O4, the iron-silicon ratio, and the SO2 content in the flue gas increase, while the CaO content decreases. When RCaO increases, the CaO content in the slag increases. As RSiO2 increases, the contents of CaO and Fe3O4 in the slag decrease. As RCoal increases, except for the increase of CaO content in the slag, all the main technical indicators decrease; When COxy increases, the SO2 content in the flue gas increases.
