铅锌冶炼废水中和渣中有价元素综合回收

【摘要】 铅锌冶炼废水中和渣回收价值大、处理难度高,其湿法处理工艺是未来发展的主流趋势。基于中和渣特性,提出采用逆流酸浸工艺回收其中的有价金属,并探究不同反应条件对浸出效果的影响。结果表明,在液固比为3∶1、渣酸比为1.67、初始硫酸浓度200 g/L、熟化硫酸浓度98%、室温(自热浸出)和浸出时间30 min的条件下,中和渣中锌、锰、锗的浸出率大于95%,镁的浸出率大于85%。该技术可将中和渣中的钙转变为石膏渣产品,将砷转变为砷酸铁固砷产物,同时获得了可外售的活性氧化锌和碱式碳酸镁产品,可为我国企业的绿色化生产提供支撑。

【Abstract】 The recovery value of neutralized slag in lead-zinc smelting wastewater is high and the treatment difficulty is high. The wet treatment process is the dominant trend in the future development. According to the characteristics of neutralized slag, a countercurrent acid leaching process was proposed to recover the valuable metals. The influence of different reaction conditions on the leaching effect was investigated. The results show that under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1, slag-acid ratio of 1. 67, initial sulfuric acid concentration of 200 g/L,curing sulfuric acid concentration of 98%, room temperature(self-heating leaching) and leaching time of 30 min,the leaching rate of zinc, manganese and germanium in neutralized slag is more than 95%, and the leaching rate of magnesium is 85% above. This technology can transform calcium in neutralized slag into gypsum slag products,arsenic into iron arsenate solid arsenic products, and activated zinc oxide and basic magnesium carbonate products that can be sold are obtained. It can provide support for the green production of Chinese enterprises.
