高效综采膏体充填保水开采技术研究与探索

【摘要】 为保护某煤矿第四系含水层,同时处理固体废弃物,提出高效综采膏体充填保水开采技术。通过充填开采,可以降低等价采高和导水裂缝带发育高度,从而实现保水开采。由于本项目不需控制地表沉陷,可采用不接顶充填,据此设计了高效“采充平行式”综采膏体充填保水开采技术,实现单面产能每年80万吨以上,该技术填补了国内外空白,具有重要的经济与社会意义。

【Abstract】 In order to protect the fourth aquifer of a coal mine and deal with solid waste at the same time, a high-efficiency comprehensive mining goaf back water-saving mining technology is proposed.By backfilling mining, the equivalent mining height and the development height of the water-conducting fault zone can be reduced, so as to water-saving mining.Since this project does not need to control the surface subsidence, the backfilling without roof connection can be adopted, and according to this, a high efficiency "mining and backfilling parallel" comprehensive mining goaf backfilling water-saving mining technology is designed to achieve an annual production capacity of more than 0.8 million tons per face which fills the domestic and foreign blanks and has important economic and social significance.
