【摘要】 采用文献计量学方法对2003-2023年Web of Science (WOS)和中国知网(CNKI)数据库中富硒食用菌研究现状及热点文献进行检索并进行可视化图谱分析,结果显示,富硒食用菌领域文献数量总体呈增长趋势,中国在该领域内发文量居首,巴西研究中心度最高;山东农业大学和University of Gdansk分别在中国和外国机构中发文量领先;《中国食用菌》在中文期刊中的发文量和被引量均居榜首,Food Chemistry则在外国文献期刊中占据同样的领先地位.更多还原

【Abstract】 This study employs bibliometric methods to analyze research trends and hotspots in selenium-enriched edible fungi by retrieving and visualizing literature from the Web of Science(WOS) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) databases(2003-2023).The results indicate a steady increase in publication volume in this field.China leads in total output,while Brazil exhibits the highest centrality in research collaboration.Among institutions,Shandong Agricultural University and the University of Gdańsk rank first in publication volume in China and internationally,respectively.Journal of Edible Fungi holds the highest publication and citation counts among Chinese journals,whereas Food Chemistry dominates in international literature.更多还原
