【摘要】 自发性泛发型发疹性瘢痕疙瘩临床罕见，既往国内文献报道仅1例，本文报道1例。患者，男，17岁，躯干、四肢丘疹结节2年余。皮肤科查体：前胸、背部、腰臀部、双上臂外侧以及双大腿可见散在对称性暗红色丘疹、结节。皮肤组织病理示：表皮基底层色素增多，真皮内明显成纤维细胞增生，胶原纤维增多、增粗，较致密，排列成结节条索状。诊断：自发性泛发型发疹性瘢痕疙瘩。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spontaneous generalized eruptive keloid is clinically rare, with only 1 case reported in domestic literature, and we report a case in this paper. A 17-year-old male presented with papules and nodules on the trunk and extremities for more than 2 years. Dermatological examination showed scattered and symmetric dark red papules and nodules on the anterior chest, back, lumbogluteal region, lateral aspects of both upper arms, and both thighs. Skin histopathological examination revealed: increased pigmentation in the basal layer of the epidermis, significant proliferation of fibroblasts in the dermis, increased and thickened collagen fibers which were dense and arranged in nodular and(cord-like) patterns. The diagnosis of spontaneous generalized eruptive keloid was made.更多还原
