【摘要】 洋葱伯克霍尔德菌合并其他致病菌导致健康成年人发生皮肤感染非常罕见，本文报道一例。患者，女，78岁，5个月前干农活时左手背受伤，后出现红斑、肿胀及结节，未正规治疗，结节渐扩大、增多。组织病理提示感染性肉芽肿。病原微生物宏基因组DNA检测提示洋葱伯克霍尔德菌和近平滑念珠菌。给予口服伊曲康唑、盐酸莫西沙星，外用聚维酮碘溶液治疗，1个月后皮损明显好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Skin infection caused by Burkholderia cepacia and other pathogenic bacteria is very rare in healthy adults. A 78-year-old female was injured on the back of her left hand 5 months ago. Then the lesion started to show erythema, swelling, and nodules. Pathological examination showed infectious granuloma. The metagenomic DNA detection of pathogenic microorganism suggests Burkholderia cepacia and Candida parapsilosis. The patient was treated with oral itraconazole, moxifloxacin hydrochloride, and topical povidone iodine solution. After one month of treatment, the skin lesions were significantly improved.更多还原
