浆态床高氮柴油加氢改质技术工业应用总结

【摘要】 针对浆态床柴油馏分氮含量高、芳烃含量较高和十六烷值较低的性质特点,开发了高脱氮活性的加氢精制RNS-100催化剂、高开环选择性的加氢改质RUS-100催化剂。中型试验结果表明,以浆态床柴油为原料,采用加氢改质技术,在氢分压12.0 MPa条件下,可以生产芳烃潜含量大于58.1%的重石脑油,柴油产品硫质量分数小于10μg/g、十六烷值大于51.8,喷气燃料产品满足3号喷气燃料指标要求。工业装置标定结果表明,以浆态床石脑油和柴油馏分为原料,可以生产芳烃潜含量为51%的重石脑油、烟点为24.0 mm的喷气燃料和十六烷值为65.0的国Ⅵ清洁柴油。

【Abstract】 The slurry bed diesel distillate has the characteristics of ultra-high nitrogen content, high aromatic content and low cetane number. The high denitrogen activity hydrorefining catalyst RNS-100 and the high ring-opening selectivity hydroupgrading catalyst RUS-100 have been developed. The results of the pilot test show that using slurry bed diesel as feedstock and hydroupgrading technology under hydrogen partial pressure of 12.0 MPa, can produce heavy naphtha with aromatic potential content more than 58.1%, diesel with sulfur mass fraction less than 10 μg/g and cetane number of above 51.8, jet fuel meeting the requirements of the No.3 jet fuel index. The industrial calibration results show that using slurry bed naphtha and diesel fractions as feedstocks can produce heavy naphtha with a aromatic potential content of 51%, jet fuel with a smoke point of 24.0 mm, and Guo Ⅵ clean diesel with a cetane number of 65.0.
