【Abstract】 Gastric cancer is one of the most prevalent malignant tumors worldwide,and cisplatin plays a significant role as a chemotherapy drug in its treatment. However,the development of cisplatin resistance limits its clinical efficacy. In recent years,the role of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) in tumor drug resistance has gradually become a research hotspot. In this article,we review the research progress of lncRNA in cisplatin resistance in gastric cancer,discuss the biological function of lncRNA and its potential role in the drug resistance mechanism,and look forward to the prospect of lncRNA as a therapeutic target.更多还原
