【摘要】 乡村生态振兴是乡村全面振兴的关键环节，旨在通过顶层制度设计彰显人与自然的并重、经济与生态的并进、城市与乡村的统筹，制度正义是其价值依归。乡村生态振兴的制度正义是多元化、层次化的复合正义，包含生态资源均衡配置的分配正义，经济与生态共生的生产正义以及城乡生态融合共生的发展正义。然而，要素集聚与分配正义之间的张力、资本扩张与生产正义之间的张力以及城市偏向与发展正义之间的张力，日益成为乡村生态振兴中制度正义实现的现实梗阻。因此，乡村生态振兴中增进制度正义需要以保障性与救济性的制度矫正为导向、以平等性与多样性的生态空间为指引、以城乡生态融合性与共生性发展为目标，从而以制度正义实现人的自由全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural ecological revitalization is a key link in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,aiming to highlight the equal importance of human beings and nature,the concurrent progress of economy and ecology,and the overall planning of urban and rural areas through top-level institutional design. Institutional justice is its value orientation. The institutional justice of rural ecological revitalization is a complex justice that is diversified and stratified,including distributive justice in the balanced allocation of ecological resources,productive justice in the symbiosis of economy and ecology,and developmental justice in the integrated and symbiotic development of urban and rural areas. However,the tension between factor agglomeration and distributive justice,the tension between capital expansion and productive justice,and the tension between urban bias and developmental justice have increasingly become the practical obstacles to the realization of institutional justice in rural ecological revitalization. Therefore,to enhance institutional justice in rural ecological revitalization,it is necessary to be guided by corrective institutions that are protective and remedial,to be directed by ecological spaces that are equal and diverse,and to aim for the integrated and symbiotic development of urban and rural areas,so as to achieve the free and all-round development of human beings through institutional justice.更多还原
