【摘要】 在“双碳”目标驱动下，提升规模以上工业企业的绿色创新能力已成为实现新型工业化的核心命题。本研究选取长江经济带11个省份2014-2023年的工业数据，通过构建创新效率评估体系，采用前沿的超效率SBM-Malmquist指数模型，构建了包含非期望产出的动态和静态评价体系，对长江经济带的11个省份的规模以上工业企业进行了静态与动态两个维度的测度。最后，结合静态和动态的分析结果，提出对策建议，为加快长江经济带工业各省份企业实现绿色发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Driven by the strategic goals of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", enhancing the green innovation capacity of industrial enterprises above a designated size has become a core proposition for achieving new industrialization. This study selects industrial data from 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2014 to 2023, constructs an innovation efficiency evaluation system, and employs the cutting-edge super-efficiency SBM-Malmquist index model. A dynamic and static evaluation system incorporating undesirable outputs was established to measure the industrial enterprises above a designated size in the 11 provinces of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from both static and dynamic dimensions. Finally, by integrating the analysis of static and dynamic results, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to accelerate the realization of green development for enterprises across the provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.更多还原
