【Abstract】 The territory is the spatial domain governed by national sovereignty and serves as a crucial component in advancing the modernization of governance systems and capabilities within a country. The significance of promoting modernized territorial space governance is paramount for current development. This study, based on an analysis of the theoretical logic, organizational methods, and practical framework surrounding modernized territorial space governance, employs a "Value-Organization-Method" research framework to construct a theoretical model suitable for this system. Building upon this foundation, pathways for achieving modernized territorial space governance are proposed: integrating the three dimensions of “production, life, and ecology” to optimize spatial layout; fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders; establishing clear objectives to guide efforts while focusing on multiple mechanisms.更多还原
