【Abstract】 Morchella spongiola is a famous delicious edible mushroom among ascomycetes, widely distributed around the world and with high economic value. At present, rapid molecular identification of the genus Morchella spongiola has been achieved using molecular markers, and a wild Morchella collected in the Liupan Mountain area was identified by molecular biology. The results showed that wild morel M1 belongs to Morchella spongiola in the yellow morel branch, and is a newly recorded species in Ningxia.更多还原
