【摘要】 强调人与自然和谐共生，追求经济社会发展和环境保护协调统一的可持续发展已是当今社会的共识，为积极落实联合国可持续发展目标(SDGs),可持续发展水平综合评价逐渐成为该领域的研究热点。本文基于经济发展、社会进步、环境保护3个维度，构建怀化市可持续发展指标体系，开展可持续性发展水平综合评价及经济、社会、环境三大系统耦合协调度评价，并使用核密度函数拟合可持续水平的动态变化特征。结果表明：2015-2022年，怀化市可持续发展综合水平总体呈上升趋势，但在2020年后波动较大，经济发展、社会进步、环境保护指数上升趋势明显；各县域可持续发展水平存在一定差距，整体呈“中间高、南北低”的空间格局，可持续发展水平差异不断缩小；怀化市可持续发展三系统耦合协调度逐年升高，各县域间耦合协调度差异逐渐缩小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Emphasizing the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, and pursuing sustainable development that coordinates economic and social progress with environmental protection, has become a consensus in today’s society. To actively implement the united nations sustainable development goals(SDGs), the comprehensive evaluation of sustainable development levels has gradually become a research hotspot in this field. This paper constructs a sustainable development indicator system for Huaihua City based on three dimensions: economic development, social progress, and environmental protection. It conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the level of sustainable development and assesses the coupling coordination degree among the three major systems of economy, society, and environment. Additionally, the dynamic changes in sustainability levels are characterized using kernel density function fitting. The results show that: from 2015 to 2022, the comprehensive level of sustainable development in Huaihua City was generally on the rise, but fluctuated more after 2020, and the rising trend of the indexes of economic development, social progress and environmental protection is obvious; there are certain gaps in the level of sustainable development in various counties, and the overall spatial pattern is ‘high in the middle and low in the north and the south’, and the differences in the level of sustainable development are shrinking. The coupling and coordination degree of the three systems of sustainable development in Huaihua City is increasing year by year, and the difference in the coupling and coordination degree among the counties is gradually shrinking.更多还原
