【Abstract】 Ideological and political education aims to break through the knowledge-oriented perspective, emphasizing the realization of emotional identification, value guidance, and the cultivation of noble moral sentiments during knowledge learning and skill development. Achieving this teaching effect requires systematic teaching design. Based on the integrated concept of ideological and political education and capability cultivation, this article conducts a systematic teaching design from aspects such as teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching strategies, and evaluation methods.
