离心风机蜗壳型线改进设计

【摘要】 针对传统设计的蜗壳型线未能完全包围叶轮的问题,探讨了型线不完整度对风机性能的影响,并提出了一种新的型线设计方法。该方法以蜗舌为起点,围绕叶轮设计完整一周的阿基米德螺线,确保蜗壳内的气流均匀且充分发展。建立了CFD模拟模型,确定了包角变化对风机流场、效率及噪声特性的影响。结果表明,包角为360°的风机性能相对最优,在包角从传统设计的315°逐渐增大至改进设计方法后的360°过程中,离心风机的效率得到显著提高,工作噪声明显降低,在出口背压2 000 Pa的设计工况下,全压效率提高了7.67%,噪声降低了3.89 dB。这种通过使蜗壳型线完整地包围叶轮一周,实现了包角为360°的新蜗壳型线设计方法,可显著提升风机工作性能,对风机设计具有重要指导价值。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the issue that the conventional volute profile fails to completely enclose the impeller,the imPact of the profile’s incompleteness on the fan’s performance is explored,and a novel profile design approach is proposed.This method commences from the tongue and designs the Archimedes spiral around the impeller for an entire cycle to guarantee the uniformity and full development of the airflow within the volute.Through CFD simulation,the influence of the variation of the envelope angle on the flow field,efficiency,and noise characteristics of the fan is determined.The results indicate that when the envelope angle is gradually increased to the shape line encomPassing the impeller,the efficiency of the centrifugal fan is significantly enhanced and the operational noise is reduced.Under the design condition,the total pressure efficiency is elevated by 7.67% and the noise is decreased by 3.89 dB.A new line design method with complete impeller envelopment can notably improve the fan’s performance and holds significant guiding value for the fan design.
