【摘要】 从轮胎配方的生胶体系、补强填充体系、增塑体系和防老剂等方面介绍生物基材料在轮胎中的研究与应用进展，概述国内外轮胎企业在可持续环保轮胎方面的研究进展。国内外轮胎企业进行了蒲公英橡胶、银胶菊橡胶和杜仲胶等替代天然橡胶的应用研究，目前已经研制出相关植物橡胶成品轮胎，我国蒲公英橡胶研究走在世界前列；当前生物基合成橡胶技术研究活跃，生物基顺丁橡胶、生物基异戊橡胶和生物基衣康酸酯橡胶在轮胎中的应用研究倍受关注；稻壳灰白炭黑已经商品化，在轮胎中的应用日益广泛，硅藻土和海洋硅藻体的应用研究则刚兴起；棕榈油、大豆油、米糠油等植物油增塑剂的研究应用取得进展，生物基松香和生物基液体异戊二烯橡胶不但具有增塑作用，还可以提高胶料性能，延长轮胎使用寿命；生物基防老剂的研究应用已经起步，环保锌和生物基钴盐等已经应用于轮胎中。国内外头部轮胎企业纷纷推出可持续环保轮胎，使用100%可持续性材料生产轮胎的目标也被提出。轮胎行业的可持续发展是大势所趋，生物基材料在轮胎中的应用是一个系统工程，需要轮胎企业及上下游企业通力合作以及产学研用紧密结合，才能实现可持续绿色发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research and application progress of bio-based materials for tires was introduced from the aspects of the raw rubber system,reinforcement filling system,plasticizer system,antioxidants in tire formulas,and the advances made by domestic and international tire enterprises in developing environmentally sustainable tires were summarized. Application studies on alternatives to natural rubber—such as dandelion rubber,guayule rubber and Gutta-percha—were carried out,and tires made from these plant-based rubbers have already been developed. In particular,China was reported to be at the forefront of dandelion rubber research. Intensive research on bio-based synthetic rubber technologies has been conducted,with bio-based butadiene rubber,bio-based isoprene rubber,and bio-based itaconate rubber attracting significant attention in tire applications. Silica derived from rice husk ash has already been commercialized and increasingly used in tires,while the application of diatomaceous earth and marine diatom shells has only recently begun to be explored. Research and application of plant oil plasticizers,such as palm oil,soybean oil,and rice bran oil,have made notable progress. Bio-based rosin and bio-based liquid isoprene rubber were found to serve not only as plasticizers but also to improve compound performance and extend service lives of tires.The development of bio-based antioxidants has commenced,with eco-friendly zinc and bio-based cobalt salts already applied in tire production. Leading tire enterprises worldwide have introduced sustainable and eco-friendly tire products,and the goal of producing tires made from 100% sustainable materials has been proposed. The sustainable development of the tire industry has become an inevitable trend. The application of bio-based materials in tires was a systematic project that required close cooperation among tire enterprises,upstream and downstream enterprises,as well as integration of industry,academia,research and application,to achieve sustainable and green development.更多还原
