【Abstract】 Enhancing the practical competence of pre-service teachers is pivotal for cultivating high-quality educators and building the high-level teaching staff in the new era. This paper analyzes prevailing weaknesses in current training models and reports on an innovative program implemented at Luoyang Normal University. By constructing the educational community in which the training chain(colleges and universities), demand chain(primary and secondary schools) and resource chain(governments and practice bases) are tri-directionally coupled, the program designs a coherent curriculum that integrates courses with practice activities, strengthens students’ digital competence, and establishes a multi-dimensional evaluation system for practical teaching. The findings provide references for innovating the collaborative education mechanism and improving the education quality of pre-service teachers.更多还原
