ITQ-2分子筛的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of ITQ-2 Zeolite
【摘要】 以十六烷基三甲基溴化胺(CTMABr)和四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)为插层剂,对MCM-22(P)进行插层使其膨胀,然后通过对已膨胀的MCM-22(P)进行超声剥离合成了ITQ-2分子筛,利用XRD、 FT-IR、 SEM、 BET分析测试技术对制备的ITQ-2分子筛进行了表征.结果表明,在TPA~+的帮助下,CTMA~+对层状前驱体MCM-22(P)的插层反应在2 h内即可完成;硅铝比越大,插层越容易,剥离越完全;合成的ITQ-2分子筛具有很大的比表面积和很高的S_外/S_内,并且还有很宽的介孔分布.
【Abstract】 Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMABr) and tetrabutylammonium hydroxide(TPAOH) were used as intercalating agents to expand MCM-22(P) by intercalation. Subsequently, ITQ-2 zeolite was synthesized by ultrasonic exfoliation of the expanded MCM-22(P), and the synthesized ITQ-2 zeolite was characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) analysis techniques. The result shows that the intercalation reaction of CTMA~+ into the layered precursor MCM-22(P) can be completed within two hours with the assistance of TPA~+. Meanwhile, the intercalation is easier and the exfoliation is the more completed with the larger Si/Al ratio. Furthermore, the synthesized ITQ-2 zeolite presents a large specific surface area, and a high ratio of external surface area and internal surface area, along with a broad mesopore distribution.
