无损检测技术在农产品和食品中的应用及发展研究进展
Research progess on the application and development of nondestructive determination technology in agricultural product and food
【摘要】 对以光谱技术(近红外光谱、高光谱成像、电阻抗谱、太赫兹光谱、表面增强拉曼光谱和核磁共振波谱)为主要代表的无损检测技术的原理及其在农产品和食品中的应用进行系统阐述,探讨了它们的优势和限制,并对其未来发展趋势进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The principles and applications in agricultural product and food of nondestructive determination technology, mainly represented by spectral technique such as near infrared spectroscopy, hyperspectral imaging, electrical impedance spectroscopy, terahertz spectroscopy, surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, were systematically described, the their advantage and limitation, and the future development trend was discussed.
