体外产气法检验不同NFC/NDF日粮对内蒙古白绒山羊育成羊的营养适合度

【摘要】 研究旨在利用体外产气法检验不同非纤维性碳水化合物/中性洗涤纤维(NFC/NDF)日粮的营养适合度。试验采用随机区组试验设计,配制NFC/NDF分别为0.60(试验1组)、0.90(试验2组)和1.11(试验3组)的3种内蒙古白绒山羊育成羊的全混日粮(TMR),采用康乃尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)剖分日粮组成,并对体外产气参数、瘤胃发酵参数等进行测定。结果表明:(1)试验1组的非蛋白氮(PA)、快速降解蛋白(PB1)、慢速降解蛋白(PB3)、中性洗涤不溶蛋白(NDFIP)含量显著和极显著高于试验2组(P<0.05)和试验3组(P<0.01),试验3组的中速降解蛋白(PB2)显著和极显著高于试验1组(P<0.05)和2组(P<0.01);试验1组的快速降解碳水化合物(CA)、不可利用碳水化合物(CC)、不可消化的酸性洗涤纤维(nADF)含量与试验2组和试验3组相比差异显著(P<0.05),试验2组的中速降解碳水化合物(CB1)、慢速降解碳水化合物(CB2)含量显著和极显著高于试验3组(P<0.05)和试验1组(P<0.01)。(2)试验2组的快池产气量最高,显著高于其他两组(P<0.05);试验1组和试验3组的慢速发酵部分的产气量显著高于试验2组(P<0.05);试验2组的产气速率常数最高,显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。(3)试验2组的比例因子和微生物生物合成效率均显著高于试验3组(P<0.05);试验2组的微生物生物合成量显著高于试验1组和试验3组(P<0.05)。综上所述,内蒙古白绒山羊育成羊的3种全混日粮中适宜的NFC/NDF比例是0.90。

【Abstract】 This study aimed to evaluate the nutritional suitability of diets with different non-fiber carbohydrate/neutral detergent fiber(NFC/NDF) ratios using in vitro gas production method. A randomized block design was used to prepare three TMR(total mixed rations) for Inner Mongolian white cashmere goats with NFC/NDF ratios of 0.60(test group 1),0.90(test group 2),and 1.11(test group 3).The dietary components were partitioned according to the Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS),with subsequent measurements of in vitro gas production parameters and rumen fermentation parameters.The results showed as follows: 1.the contents of non-protein nitrogen(PA),rapidly degrading protein(PB1),slowly degrading protein(PB3) and neutral detergent insoluble protein(NDFIP) in test group 1 were significantly and extremely significantly higher than those in test group 2(P<0.05) and test group 3(P<0.01).The medium rate degradation protein(PB2) in test group 3 was significantly and extremely significantly higher than that in test group 1(P<0.05) and test group 2(P<0.01).The contents of rapidly degrading carbohydrate(CA),unavailable carbohydrate(CC) and indigestible acid detergent fiber(nADF) in test group 1 were significantly different from those in test group 2 and test group 3(P<0.05).The contents of medium fast degraded carbohydrate(CB1) and slow degraded carbohydrate(CB2) in test group 2 were significantly and extremely significantly higher than those in test group 3(P<0.05)and test group 1(P<0.01).2.The gas production of fast pool in test group 2 was the highest, which was significantly higher than that in the other two groups(P<0.05).The gas production of the slow fermentation part in test groups 1 and 3 was significantly higher than that in test group 2(P<0.05).The gas production rate constant of test group 2 was the highest, which was significantly higher than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).3.The scale factor and microbial biosynthesis efficiency in test group 2 were significantly higher than those in test group 3(P<0.05).The amount of microbial biosynthesis in test group 2 was significantly higher than that in test groups 1 and 3(P<0.05).In summary, the appropriate NFC/NDF ratio of the three TMR diets of Inner Mongolian white cashmere goats is 0.90.
