白薇地上部分的成分测定及其对雏鸡生长性能和器官指数的影响

【摘要】 以检测白薇地上部分中蛋白质、膳食纤维、多糖和三萜的含量为基础,初步研究白薇地上部分作为饲料添加剂对雏鸡的生长性能的影响。采用蛋白试剂盒法检测白薇地上部分中的蛋白质含量;采用苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量;依据国家食品安全标准(GB 5009.88—2023)来检测其膳食纤维含量;紫外可见分光光度法检测其三萜含量。饲料添加不同比例的白薇地上部分粉末(0%、1%、3%、5%)喂养雏鸡,试验28 d,称其体重、消化器官和免疫器官重量。结果表明,白薇地上部分的蛋白质含量为0.621 g/100 mL,膳食纤维含量为49.9 g/100 g,多糖含量为0.844 g/100 mL,三萜含量为157 mg/L。白薇A-GP粉组的雏鸡生长性能均与空白组存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中3%实验组雏鸡的消化器官肌胃和小肠重量与空白组存在显著差异(P<0.05),1%实验组雏鸡的法氏囊与空白组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。

【Abstract】 Based on the content of protein, dietary fiber, polysaccharide and triterpenoid in the aboveground portion of Cynanchum atratum, the effects of aboveground portion Cynanchum atratum as a feed additive on the growth performance of chicks were studied. The protein content in the aerial part of Cynanchum atratum was determined by protein kit method; the polysaccharide content was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method; the dietary fiber content was analyzed according to the national food safety standard(GB 5009.88—2023); and the triterpenoid content was quantified by UV visible spectrophotometry. The chicks were fed with diets supplementing with different proportions of Cynanchum atratum powder(0%, 1%, 3%, 5%) for 28 days, and their body weight, digestive organs and immune organs were weighed. The content of protein, dietary fiber, polysaccharide and triterpenoid in the aboveground part of Cynanchum atratum were 0.621 g/100 mL,49.9 g/100 g, 0.844 g/100 mL and 157 mg/L, respectively. The growth performance of broilers feeding with the A-GP powder of the aboveground part of Cynanchum atratum was significantly higher than that of the blank group(P <0.05). There were significant differences in the weights of digestive organs(gizzard and small intestine) between the 3% experimental group and the blank group(P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the bursa of Fabricius between the 1% experimental group and the blank group(P <0.05).
