【摘要】 针对南通市农村生态河道建设现状，从体制机制、区域治水理念、多元化举措、精细化管理等方面进行梳理，归纳总结农村生态河道基本现状、建设成效与主要做法，深入剖析基层农村生态河道建设的特色经验与亮点举措，展现南通市农村生态河道建设的路径。结合农村生态河道建设的实际情况，从建设标准、资金投入、长效管护、宣传引导、价值转换方面提出相应措施与建议，为推进农村生态河道建设优化与农村现代化水网高质量发展提供参考，助力全面推进乡村振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the current situation of rural ecological river construction in Nantong City, this paper summarizes the basic status, achievements and main practices of rural ecological rivers from the aspects of the institutional mechanisms, regional water governance concept, diversified measures and refined management. The typical experience and outstanding measures of grassroots rural ecological construction were analyzed deeply,presenting the path of rural ecological river construction in Nantong City. In combination with the actual situation of rural ecological river construction, corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward from five aspects:construction standards, fund investment, long term management, propaganda guidance and value transformation,which provides reference for promoting the optimization of rural ecological river construction and the high quality development of rural modernized water network, and helps to promote the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.更多还原
