CFG桩在浅圆仓地基处理中的应用

【摘要】 以河南地区某浅圆仓建设项目为研究对象,重点探讨CFG桩在浅圆仓建筑中的应用情况及其经济性。基于浅圆仓设计中普遍存在的地基承载力不足问题,通过分析多个不同桩径和桩间距CFG桩的设计方案,结合《河南省房屋建筑与装饰工程预算定额(2016)》及相关郑州市现行取费标准,综合考虑施工工艺、材料成本等因素,评估各方案的经济性和可行性,旨在找出最优CFG桩布置方案。研究结果显示,在新建浅圆仓条形基础下部和仓心布置小直径CFG桩更为经济合理。通过合理地布置小直径CFG桩,完全能够满足复合地基的承载力要求。同时,浅圆仓条形基础下部布置小直径CFG桩,不会出现复合地基承载力特征值远超设计要求的情况,不会造成资源浪费。因此,在浅圆仓建设中,合理选择CFG桩径和桩间距对于降低工程造价、提高经济效益具有重要意义。本研究成果可为北方地区同类浅圆仓建设项目提供重要参考。

【Abstract】 This article takes a squat silo construction project in Henan Province as the research object, focusing on the application and economy of CFG piles in squat silo constructions. This article is based on the common problem of insufficient foundation bearing capacity in squat silo design. By analyzing multiple design schemes of CFG piles with different pile diameters and spacing, combined with the "Henan Province Housing Construction and Decoration Engineering Budget Quota(2016)" and relevant current charging standards in Zhengzhou City, and overall considering factors such as construction technology and material costs, evaluating the economic and feasibility of each scheme, aiming to find the optimal CFG piles layout. The research shows that it is more economical and reasonable to arrange small diameter CFG piles under the strip foundation and in the center of the newly-built shallow round squat silo. By arranging small-diameter CFG piles reasonably, the bearing capacity requirements of composite foundations can be fully met. At the same time, small diameter CFG piles are arranged under the squat silo strip foundation, which will not cause the characteristic value of composite foundation bearing capacity to far exceed the design requirements and will not result in resource waste. Therefore, in the construction of squat silos, the reasonable selection of CFG pile diameter and pile spacing is of great significance for reducing project costs and improving economic benefits. This research result can provide important reference for similar squat circular warehouse construction projects in northern regions.
