【摘要】 玉米作为我国第一大作物，在生产生活中起着不可忽视的作用。河北省作为我国最重要的玉米主产区之一，其玉米产量影响着国家粮食安全。但农业具有天然的弱质性，财政支农作为重要的手段能够帮助地区提升玉米产量。基于2008—2023年河北省财政支农支出、玉米产量等相关数据进行统计分析，进一步构建出多元线性回归模型，探究河北省财政支农支出对玉米产量的影响。研究发现，财政支农支出、玉米种植面积与玉米产量之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系，且财政支农支出和种植面积都对玉米产量产生正向影响，因此提高财政支农资金投入和扩张种植面积可促进玉米增产。基于此，提出促进河北省玉米增产的发展对策和建议，使河北省玉米的产量能够满足省内乃至国家发展的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corn is the largest crop in China, and it plays an indispensable role in production and life. Hebei Province is one of the most important corn-producing areas in China, and its corn production affects national food security.However, agriculture has a natural weakness, and fiscal support for agriculture is an important means to help regions increase corn production. This paper conducts a statistical analysis of relevant data on fiscal support for agriculture and corn production in Hebei Province from 2008 to 2023, and further constructs a multiple linear regression model to explore the impact of fiscal support for agriculture on corn production in Hebei Province. The study finds that fiscal support for agriculture, corn planting area, and corn production have a long-term stable equilibrium relationship,and fiscal support for agriculture and planting area have a positive impact on corn production. Therefore, increasing fiscal support for agriculture and expanding planting areas can promote corn production. Based on this, the paper proposes development strategies and suggestions for promoting corn production in Hebei Province, so that the province’s corn production can meet the needs of the province and the country.更多还原
