仓储粮堆度夏期间粮温分布规律研究
Study on the Grain Temperature Distribution during the Summer Period of Stored Grain
【摘要】 以平房仓稻谷粮堆为研究对象,通过在粮堆东西向的一个横截面上加密布置测温电缆,连续监测粮堆不同部位温度,探究粮堆在度夏期间的粮温分布及变化规律,揭示粮堆“热皮冷心”现象的变化过程,并对粮堆“热皮”区域进行分析判定,以期为指导储粮实践,确保粮食安全储藏提供理论依据。结果表明:度夏期间,稻谷粮堆各点粮温均逐渐升高,粮堆垂直方向和水平方向上的“热皮”区域逐渐增加,粮堆“冷心”区域逐渐减小;粮堆垂直方向上的“热皮”最大厚度大于粮堆东西两侧水平方向上的“热皮”厚度,且东侧水平方向上的“热皮”形成时间早于西侧,但其“热皮”最大厚度小于西侧,因此,在仓储实际中,建议重点做好粮面控温及仓顶隔热等措施,以有效抑制仓温升高,同时,还应加强仓壁处的粮情监测和控温隔热,防止粮堆内外温差过大造成异常粮情,确保安全储粮。
【Abstract】 This paper takes the rice grain pile in warehouse as the research object, and continuously monitors the temperature of different parts of the grain pile by placing temperature measurement cables on a cross section in the east-west direction of the grain pile, so as to explore the distribution and change rule of the grain temperature during the summer, reveal the change process of the phenomenon of “hot skin and cold core” of the grain pile, and analyze and determine the “hot skin” area of the grain pile, in order to guide the practice of grain storage, to ensure the safety of grain storage to provide a theoretical basis. The results showed that the grain temperature at each point of the rice grain pile increased gradually, the “hot skin” area in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of the grain pile increased gradually, and the “cold core” area of the grain pile decreased gradually. During the whole summer period, the maximum thickness of the “hot skin” in the vertical direction of the grain pile is greater than that in the horizontal direction of the east and west sides of the grain pile, and the formation time of the “hot skin” in the horizontal direction of the east side is earlier than that in the west side, but the maximum thickness of the “hot skin” is less than that in the west side. Therefore, in the storage practice, it is recommended to focus on measures such as temperature control of the grain surface and insulation of the warehouse top. In order to effectively inhibit the temperature rise of the warehouse, at the same time, the grain condit monitoring and temperature control and heat insulation at the wall of the warehouse should be strengthened to prevent abnormal grain conditions caused by excessive temperature difference inside and outside the grain pile, and ensure safe grain storage.
