基于粮堆温湿度的粮情调控模拟试验系统研究
Simulation Experiment System for Grain Situation Regulation Based on Temperature and Humidity of Grain Pile
【摘要】 粮情测控系统是确保粮食储藏安全,科学储粮的关键技术之一。参照目前已经商品化的各种粮情测控系统,提供一种基于精准调控粮堆温湿度、水分的开放式粮情模拟实验系统。在实验室通过对试验仓内仓温、粮温、粮堆湿度、粮食水分、气体浓度等参数的调节控制模拟各种粮情参数及参数组合的工况,监测粮堆内的温度、湿度、水分、虫害、霉菌、毒素、气体浓度,进行粮情参数采集与演示,对各粮情参数进行详细的检测、记录、分析与计算,做出准确的粮情评价;并根据预设粮情参数反演各种参数组合与粮情演变过程,为保障粮食安全提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Grain condition monitoring and control system is one of the key technologies to ensure grain storage safety and scientific grain storage. Referring to various commercialized grain situation measurement and control systems, an open grain condition simulation experimental system based on precise regulation of grain pile temperature, humidity and moisture is proposed. the laboratory simulates various grain situation parameters and parameter combinations by adjusting and controlling parameters such as warehouse temperature, grain temperature, grain pile humidity, grain moisture, and gas concentration in the experimental warehouse. It monitors the temperature, humidity, moisture, insect pests, mold, toxins, and gas concentration in the grain pile, collects and demonstrates grain situation parameters, fully detects, records, analyzes, and calculates various grain situation parameters, and makes accurate grain situation evaluations; And based on the preset grain situation parameters, invert various parameter combinations and the evolution process of grain situation, providing a theoretical basis for ensuring food security.
