【摘要】 新质生产力的发展离不开高质量人才的支持，而高质量人才的培养离不开优质课程的建设与打造。咖啡作为云南省特色农产品的代表和地方重要产业，急需优质人才的加入。将咖啡课程作为旅游类专业的特色课程进行“金课”打造，在课程内容、教学方法和教师队伍建设等方面进行创新，并结合“农旅融合发展”的模式，通过打造贯通式课程、自主编写教材、建立全过程教学模式和构建多元化实践教学体系等，能够有效缓解咖啡产业对人才的需求，同时促进“产教”深度融合，最终实现培养高素质复合型职业人才的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of new quality productivity relies on the support of high-quality talents,and the cultivation of such talents is inseparable from the construction of high-quality courses. Coffee,as a representative of Yunnan Province’s characteristic agricultural products and a significant local industry,urgently requires the involvement of high-quality talents. By developing a coffee course as a “Golden Course” in tourism-related majors,innovations are made in course content,teaching methods,and faculty development.Integrating the model of “agro-tourism integration”,the following measures are implemented: creating integrated courses,independently compiling textbooks,establishing an all-process teaching model,and constructing a diversified practical teaching system. These efforts effectively address the talent demands of the coffee industry,and promote the deep integration of industry and education.
