【摘要】 成渝双城经济圈地处“一带一路”与长江经济带的交汇处，是西部陆海新通道的重要枢纽，具有重要的战略地位。人才是攻克关键核心技术、推动区域经济高质量发展的核心力量。探讨高校青年劳动文化的涵养对其在成渝区域就业决策的影响，具有重要的现实意义。对成渝地区高校毕业生就业质量年度报告的数据分析显示：高学历毕业生就业流动性更强，倾向于在东部沿海经济发达地区就业，而本地生源的本科及以下毕业生，相对更偏好留驻成渝地区就业；社会资本对毕业生本地就业选择的影响显著，社会资本雄厚的毕业生，更易凭借资源获取本地优质就业机会，同时个人能力、专业背景、市场需求等因素，在就业过程中也发挥着重要作用；职业认同感和专业匹配度等劳动文化涵养较高的毕业生整体就业质量也更高，且在医疗、信息与通信技术等技术密集型行业，优势表现尤为突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is located at the intersection of the “Belt and Road” initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, serving as a key hub for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor with significant strategic importance. Talent is crucial for overcoming core technical challenges and driving high-quality regional economic development. This study explores the influence of youth labor culture cultivation in universities on employment decisions within the Chengdu-Chongqing region. Through an analysis of employment quality reports for university graduates in the Chengdu-Chongqing area, the research reveals the following findings: Highly educated graduates demonstrate greater mobility and tend to seek employment in the economically developed eastern coastal regions, while local graduates with undergraduate or lower degrees are more inclined to stay in the Chengdu-Chongqing area. Furthermore, social capital significantly affects graduates’ local employment choices, with those possessing stronger social capital more likely to leverage these resources to secure high-quality local employment opportunities. However, factors such as individual capabilities, educational background, and market demand also play important roles in the employment process. Lastly, graduates with a higher sense of professional identity and better alignment between their job and educational background, reflecting strong labor culture cultivation, tend to have higher overall employment quality, particularly in technology-intensive sectors such as healthcare and information and communication technology.更多还原
