【摘要】 目的 观察凉血消斑颗粒联合常规西药疗法对血热风燥型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性，探讨其对炎症因子的影响。方法 按照随机信封法将90例银屑病患者分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例),对照组给予常规西医规范化治疗，观察组在此治疗的基础上加用凉血消斑颗粒。治疗12周后，比较两组患者有效率、PASI评分、中医证候积分以及不良反应发生情况。同时，比较两组患者血清中IL-2、IL-6、IL-8及IFN-γ的水平。结果 治疗12周后，观察组总有效率97.62%,显著高于对照组的83.72%;观察组PASI评分、中医证候积分(皮疹泛发潮红、瘙痒、鳞屑多且干燥)及血清中IL-2、IL-6、IL-8及IFN-γ水平均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05),且各项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中所有患者无严重不良反应发生。结论 凉血消斑颗粒联合常规西药治疗可有效缓解血热风燥型银屑病患者的皮损症状及炎症刺激，改善患者的中医症候积分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Liangxue Xiaoban Granules combined with conventional western medicine in treating psoriasis of blood-heat and wind-dryness type, and to explore its effects on inflammatory cytokines. Methods Ninety psoriatic patients were randomly assigned to a control group(n=45) and an observation group(n=45). The control group received the standardized conventional western medicine, while the observation group was given Liangxue Xiaoban Granules in addition to the conventional treatment. After 12 weeks of treatment, outcomes were compared between the two groups, including the overall response rate, psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) score, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, and the adverse reaction rates. Additionally, serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ) were compared. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(97.62% vs. 83.72%, P<0.05). Compared to the control group, the observation group demonstrated greater reductions in PASI score, TCM syndrome scores(generalized erythema, pruritus, dryness and scaling), and serum levels of IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, and IFN-γ(all P<0.05 vs. the controls). No severe adverse reactions were observed in any patients during the treatment period. Conclusions The combination therapy of Liangxue Xiaoban Granules and conventional Western medicine is safe and effective. It can significantly alleviate skin lesions, reduce inflammatory irritation, and improve TCM syndrome in psoriatic patients of blood-heat and wind-dryness type.更多还原
