耐火材料科技创新的思考与探索
Thoughts and explorations on scientific and technological innovation of refractories
【摘要】 耐火材料作为钢铁、有色、水泥、玻璃、陶瓷、化工、机械、电力及国防等行业高温生产过程的核心基础材料,直接关系到各领域生产运行稳定性与技术革新进程。但当前面临原料资源约束、工艺技术瓶颈及智能化转型滞后等多重挑战。为突破发展困局,立足科技创新视角,提出以多元化市场需求为导向,深度挖掘原料矿物特性优势,加速推进“人工智能+耐火材料”融合转型,并强化原始创新能力建设。通过系列理论研究与实践探索,已在实验室阶段取得初步成果,为耐火材料行业高质量发展提供新路径与参考依据。
【Abstract】 As core fundamental materials for high-temperature production processes in industries such as iron and steel, nonferrous metals, cement, glass, ceramics, chemical engineering, machinery, electric power, and national defense, refractories are directly related to the stability of production operations and the progress of technological innovation in these fields.However, the industry currently faces multiple challenges, including raw material resource constraints, process technology bottlenecks, and lag in intelligent transformation.To break through the development dilemma, from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation, this paper proposes to take diversified market demands as the orientation, deeply explore the advantages of raw material mineral characteristics, accelerate the integrated transformation of “artificial intelligence + refractories”,and strengthen the development of original innovation capabilities.Through a series of theoretical research and practical exploration, preliminary results have been achieved at the laboratory stage, providing a new path and reference for the high-quality development of the refractory industry.
