【摘要】 膝骨关节炎是一种骨科常见慢性疾病，随着中国人口老龄化的加剧，患病率及致残率也越来越高，严重影响老年人生活质量。卢敏教授现任湖南中医药大学第一附属医院骨伤科主任，全国第六批老中医药专家学术经验继承指导老师、湖南省中西结合骨伤科学科带头人、湖南中医药大学博士、博士后指导老师，已在医院临床、教学及科研一线工作了四十余载，有丰富的治疗膝骨关节炎经验，其综合各医家以及疾病的症状、体征认为，本虚标实，肝脾肾亏虚，又复感风寒湿邪气是此病的病机所在。治疗上主张“筋骨平衡，骨正筋柔，筋骨同治”等思想，并根据其临床治疗经验对膝骨关节炎进行分型探析，将膝骨关节炎根据临床症状及体征分为局部筋结型、筋骨退变型、肌肉无力型、筋骨畸形型、游离卡压型和滑膜肿胀型6个分型，结合中医特色治疗以及中药的灵活运用，效果颇佳。更多还原
