【摘要】 目的 探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗孤独症患儿的疗效。方法 选择该院于2022年1月—2024年1月孤独症患儿82例，依据随机表法分为对照组41例与观察组41例。对照组患儿采取心理干预，观察组在对照组基础上结合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。两组疗程3个月。比较两组疗效、治疗前后发育商(Developmental Quotient, DQ)评分、自闭症治疗评估表(Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale, ATEC)评分、儿童孤独症评定量表(Childhood Autism Rating Scale, CARS)评分及心理状态变化。结果 观察组孤独症患儿总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后孤独症患儿社交行为、语言、适应能力、精细动作和大运动评分高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后孤独症患儿社交行为、语言、适应能力、精细动作和大运动评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后孤独症患儿社交、感知/认知、表达/语言沟通和行为评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后孤独症患儿CARS评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后孤独症患儿儿童焦虑性情绪障碍自评量表(Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders, SCARED)评分和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表测试(Depression Self-rating Scale for Children, DSRSC)评分低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组治疗后孤独症患儿SCARED评分和DSRSC评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合心理干预治疗孤独症患儿疗效显著，且可增强患儿行为能力，改善患儿临床症状，及改善患儿心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤) combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of children with autism.Methods Eighty-two children with autism in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into control group(41 cases) and an observation group(41 cases).The children in the control group were treated with psychological intervention, while those in the observation group were treated with Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment of the two groups lasted for 3 months.The therapeutic effects, Developmental Quotient(DQ) score before and after treatment, Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC) score, Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS) score and psychological state of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of social behavior, language, adaptability, fine motor and gross motor of two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the autism social, perceptual/cognitive, expression/language communication and behavioral scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05) and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CARS scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05) and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED) and Depression Self-rating Scale for Children(DSRSC) scores were lower than thsoe before treatment(P<0.05) and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction combined with psychological intervention has a significant effect on children with autism, and can enhance the behavioral ability, and improve the clinical symptoms and the psychological status.更多还原
