【摘要】 县域经济是国家经济体系的重要组成部分，其发展对于推动区域经济均衡、促进城乡融合发展、实现共同富裕具有重要意义。文中以辽宁省为研究地域，构建包括产业结构、创新能力、基础设施、要素保障与制度环境五大维度的影响因素体系，运用DEMATEL(决策实验室分析法)模型对20个影响辽宁省县域经济高质量发展的关键因素进行因果关系识别与结构分析。通过专家评分构建综合直接影响矩阵，并计算影响度、被影响度、中心度与原因度等指标，识别出信息基础设施建设、劳动力净流入、交通通达性、土地供给能力等为系统中的主要驱动因素，而制造业附加值、区域协同发展、企业融资可得性等则表现为结果型变量。推动辽宁省县域经济高质量发展需重点聚焦基础要素和结构性瓶颈，通过提升系统前端驱动变量带动整体发展跃升。更多还原

【Abstract】 County economy is an important part of the national economic system, and its development is of great significance to promoting regional economic balance, promoting urban-rural integrated development, and achieving common prosperity.This study focuses on Liaoning Province and constructs an index system comprising five dimensions: industrial structure, innovation capacity, infrastructure, factor support, and institutional environment. Using the Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL) method, the study analyzes causal relationships among 20 representative influencing factors. Based on expert evaluations, a direct influence matrix is constructed and used to calculate impact degree, affected degree, centrality, and causality indicators. The results reveal that information infrastructure, labor inflow, transportation connectivity, and land resource availability are core driving factors in the system, while manufacturing value added, regional coordination, and financing accessibility are primarily result-oriented. The findings suggest that enhancing key driver variables at the system’s front end is essential for achieving sustainable and high-quality county-level development.更多还原
