【摘要】 为探究黑龙江省不同种源刺嫩芽外观品质，以17个种源的野生龙牙楤木为研究对象，采集其芽菜，测定鲜质量、切口直径、芽长，观测形态、脆嫩度、损伤率和杂质率，分析不同种源对芽菜外观品质差异的影响。结果表明：芽菜的大小、鲜质量在不同种源之间存在极显著差异，与各地采集习惯、树体管理有关。根据不同种源的芽菜外观品质指标综合考虑，朗乡、东京城、柴河、鹤北、大海林林业局种源表现较好，该研究可为制订刺嫩芽质量分级标准提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the external quality of Aralia elata buds from different provenances in Heilongjiang Province, wild A. elata buds from 17 provenances were studied. Their sprouts were collected to measure fresh weight, cut diameter, and sprout length, morphology, crispness, damage rate, and impurity rate were also observed to analyze the influence of different provenances on the external quality differences of sprouts. The results indicated significant differences in sprout size and fresh weight among different provenances, which were related to local collection habits and tree management. Based on a comprehensive consideration of the external quality indicators of sprouts from different provenances, the provenances from Langxiang, Dongjingcheng, Chaihe, Hebei, and Dahailin Forestry Bureau performed better. This study provides a reference for establishing quality grading standards for A. elata buds.更多还原
