聚碳酸酯结晶增强及应用研究进展

【摘要】 聚碳酸酯(PC)是一种拥有优异性能的工程塑料,由于内部存在苯环,导致材料呈刚性,难以结晶。目前,针对聚碳酸酯难以结晶的问题,各界开展了广泛的研究和讨论,相关的研究从材料结构的改变、成核剂引入、有机溶剂诱导等方面入手。本文介绍了诱导聚碳酸酯结晶的方式,从物理诱导、有机溶剂诱导、材料结构改变、成核剂诱导等方面综述了聚碳酸酯诱导结晶的途径,简要探讨了聚碳酸酯的表面结晶用途。

【Abstract】 Polycarbonate(PC) is an engineering plastic with excellent properties. It is difficult to crystallise due to the presence of internal benzene ring, resulting in a rigid material. At present, for the problem that polycarbonate is difficult to crystallize, extensive research and discussion have been carried out. The related research starts with the change of material structure, the introduction of nucleating agent and the induction of organic solvent. in This paper, the ways of inducing polycarbonate crystallisation were introduced, and the pathways of polycarbonate-induced crystallisation in terms of physical induced, organic solvent-induced, material structurealtered, nucleating agent-induced, and so on were reviewed. The use of surface crystallisation was discussed.
