【摘要】 目的 探讨中医整体护理在老年高血压合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院老年医学科2024年3月至2025年3月收治的120例老年气虚血瘀型高血压合并糖尿病患者随机分为两组，对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予中医整体护理，对两组患者临床各项指标达标率、自我护理依从性、心理状态、生活质量、中医证候积分等方面进行比较。结果 相较于对照组，研究组血压、血糖、血脂等健康指标的达标率有了显著提升(P<0.05);在自我护理依从性方面，研究组患者无论是血压监测的准确性、按时服药的依从性，还是合理膳食的坚持度以及科学锻炼的参与度，均较对照组有了更为明显的进步(P<0.05);研究组心理状态较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);研究组SF-36(健康调查简表)量表得分较对照组明显偏高(P<0.05);研究组中医证候积分比对照组明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论 中医整体护理模式在老年高血压合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著，能有效降低患者的中医证候积分，对患者心理状态的改善、自我护理能力和护理依从性的提高、各项指标达标率的提高、生活质量的改善都有一定的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) holistic nursing in elderly patients with hypertension complicated by diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type hypertension complicated by diabetes mellitus admitted to the geriatric department of our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional nursing care, while the study group received TCM holistic nursing.Clinical indicator achievement rates, self-care compliance, psychological status, quality of life, and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed significant improvements in the achievement rates of health indicators such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and blood lipids(P<0.05).In terms of self-care compliance, patients in the study group demonstrated greater accuracy in blood pressure monitoring, higher adherence to medication schedules, better persistence in maintaining a balanced diet, and increased participation in scientific exercise(P<0.05).The psychological status and SF-36 scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),while TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM holistic nursing in elderly patients with hypertension complicated by diabetes mellitus yields remarkable results.It effectively reduces TCM syndrome scores and demonstrates significant clinical effects in improving psychological status, enhancing self-care ability and compliance, increasing achievement rates of clinical indicators, and improving quality of life.更多还原
