【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s education and the constant expansion of the scale of colleges and universities, the construction of a clean and honest Party administration and anti-corruption in colleges and universities have shown new characteristics. Implementing integrity risk prevention and control is an urgent need for colleges and universities to promote full and strict governance over the Party. In the context of law-based governance, colleges and universities face problems such as inadequate institutional mechanisms, deviations in ideological understanding, and ineffective prevention and control measures in integrity risk prevention and control mechanisms.
