【Abstract】 Confucianism has always emphasized integrity education and possesses rich ideas and wisdom. Firstly, the Confucian emphasis on integrity has a profound theoretical and practical foundation. In theory, Confucianism’s view of human nature makes the moral quality of integrity an inherent requirement;From a practical perspective, due to the need for long-term governance, Confucianism particularly emphasizes being prepared for danger in times of peace,which also highlights the importance of integrity. Secondly, Confucian education on integrity also has its own characteristics regarding restraint methods. It particularly emphasizes the restraining and normative role of etiquette in integrity education, advocating for moral education as the main approach supplemented by criminal law while promoting the doctrine of the mean.
