福建永安龙头国家湿地公园水质时空特征及评价

【摘要】 为探究福建永安龙头国家湿地公园的水质情况、空间分布特征及水体营养状况,于2022和2023年的5月、7月、9月和11月在湿地公园内采集和测定了7个监测断面的表层水,共选取5个物理指标和4个化学指标,并对公园水质的时空差异以及水体营养化状况进行分析。结果表明:研究区水体pH值、电导率、溶解氧和叶绿素a在各个月份间差异显著(P <0.05),各样点间p H值、电导率和叶绿素a差异显著(P <0.05);公园水体的总磷、总氮和高锰酸盐指数在各个月份间有差异,氨氮含量在5—11月呈显著降低趋势,总磷和总氮含量在5月达到最高;湿地公园总体水体状况良好,处于中营养水平;相关性分析表明水体的总磷、总氮和氨氮呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),说明湿地公园营养物质的输入具有单一和同源性。

【Abstract】 To investigate the water quality, spatial distribution characteristics, and nutrient status of the Yong’an Longtou national wetland park, surface water samples from seven monitoring sections within the park were collected and assessed in May, July, September, and November of 2022 and 2023. A total of five physical indicators and four chemical indicators were selected, and an analysis of the temporal and spatial differences in water quality as well as the nutrient status of the water body was conducted. The results indicated that there were significant differences in pH, electrical conductivity,dissolved oxygen, and chlorophyll a among the months(P<0.05), while pH, electrical conductivity, and chlorophyll a showed significant differences among various sampling sites(P<0.05). The total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and permanganate index of the park’s water body varied across the months, with a significant decreasing trend in ammonia nitrogen content from May to November. Total phosphorus and total nitrogen peaked in May. Overall, the water quality of the wetland park is good,remaining at a moderate nutrient level. Correlation analysis revealed a highly significant positive correlation among total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and ammonia nitrogen, indicating that the input of nutrients into the wetland park is singular and homogenous.
