【Abstract】 Pepper is the most widely cultivated vegetable crop in China,with both cultivation area and consumer demand maintaining a steady growth trend.As consumers increasingly focus on nutritional and sensory quality,the demand for high-quality fresh consumption pepper varieties rich in nutrition,moderate in pungency,and intense in flavor continues to rise.This paper focuses on introducing the advantageous production regions for fresh pepper in China,the main types of high-quality pepper,and their representative varieties.Furthermore,it provides an outlook on the development trends of high-quality pepper from aspects including consumer demand,breeding innovation,scientific cultivation practices,and brand development.更多还原
