【Abstract】 In the era of rapid development in the integration of culture and tourism, new-quality productivity, characterized by technological empowerment, information-driven leadership, and intelligent transformation, has raised new demands for vocational tourism and cultural professionals. However, the current talent cultivation model for vocational tourism and cultural education still faces a series of issues that hinder the improvement of training quality.
