人参拔秧机拔秧轮的结构设计与分析

【摘要】 人参茎秧具有较高的经济价值和药用价值,针对目前我国现存人工拔秧费时费力和经济成本较大的问题,欲设计一款新型拔秧机,对其中关键部位拔秧轮进行初步设计,根据现阶段东北地区所种植的人参品种高度和人参种植的间隔、密度确定拔秧轮的直径为600 mm,长度为2 m,并用solid works软件进行拔秧轮的三维建模。为了提高卸料效率和人参拔秧机的适用性,方便对一些长度较长、扎根较深的人参茎秧作业,对拔秧轮的运动轨迹进行分析,发现其圆周速度和前进速度的比值λ对其作业时有着重要影响。将拔秧轮三维模型导入ADAMS中进行运动学分析,测量拔秧轮在不同的拔秧速比λ下的位移和速度曲线图,最终发现拔秧速比λ的取值范围应在1<λ≤1.65。当λ≤1时,拔秧齿辊相对于地面没有向后的位移,没能形成一个向后的作用力,此时不能满足提高卸料效率和适用性的目的,当λ>1.65时,拔秧轮多个齿辊的运动轨迹交叉,可能会损伤人参茎秧。

【Abstract】 Ginseng stems and seedlings are of high economic and medicinal value. To address the problems of time-consuming, labor-intensive and high economic cost of existing manual seedling pulling in China, a new type of seedling puller is intended to be designed. This paper conducts a preliminary design of the key component, i.e., the seedling pulling wheel. According to the height of ginseng varieties planted in Northeast China at the present stage, as well as the planting interval and density of ginseng, the diameter of the seedling pulling wheel is determined to be 600mm and the length to be 2m. The three-dimensional modeling of the seedling pulling wheel is carried out using SolidWorks software. In order to improve the unloading efficiency and the applicability of the ginseng seedling puller, and in order to facilitate the operation on some ginseng stems and seedlings with longer length and deeper roots, the motion trajectory of the seedling pulling wheel is analyzed, and it is found that the ratio λ of its circumferential speed to the forward speed has an important influence on its operation. The three-dimensional model of the seedling pulling wheel is imported into ADAMS for kinematic analysis, and the displacement and speed curves of the seedling pullingwheel under different seedling pulling speed ratios λ are measured. Fin ally, it is found that the value range of th e seedling pulling speedratio λ should be 1 < λ ≤ 1. 65. When λ is lessthan or equal to 1, the seedling pullingtooth roller has nobackward displacement relative to the ground and fails to form a backward acting force, which can’ t achieve the purpose of improving unloading efficiency and applicability. When λ is greater than 1. 65, the motiontr ajectories of multiple tooth rollers of the seedling pulling wheel intersect, which may cause damage to ginseng stem sand seedlings.
