强筋壮骨祛风方对腰椎间盘突出UBE术后后遗症的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨强筋壮骨祛风方对腰椎间盘突出单侧双通道内镜（UBE）髓核切除术后后遗症的疗效。方法 收集45例腰椎间盘突出症UBE术后合并残余腰腿痛的临床资料，根据术后后遗症治疗方式分为常规组（29例）和中药组（16例）。常规组口服塞来昔布和甲钴胺治疗，中药组在此基础上加用强筋壮骨祛风方治疗。比较两组术前后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）以及术后VAS改善率。结果 术后1个月，中药组VAS评分低于常规组，VAS改善率高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。术后3个月，中药组腰椎ODI评分低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 强筋壮骨祛风方能够有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症UBE术后后遗症、改善腰椎功能、促进术后康复。相比单纯使用西药保守治疗具有明显的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of Qiangjin Zhuanggu Qufeng prescription on residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after the unilateral biportal endoscopic(UBE)discectomy surgery.Methods A total of 45 cases of lumbar disc herniation with residual low back pain and leg pain after UBE surgery were collected and divided into the conventional group(29 cases)and the Chinese medicine group(16 cases)according to the treatment of residual symptoms.The conventional group was treated with oral celecoxib and methylcobalamin,and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Qiangjin Zhuanggu Qufeng prescription on this basis.The preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain,lumbar Oswestry disability index(ODI)and postoperative VAS improvement rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in preoperative VAS score and lumbar ODI score between the two groups.One month after surgery,the VAS score in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the VAS improvement rate was higher than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the lumbar ODI score in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The Qiangjin Zhuanggu Qufeng prescription can effectively relieve the residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after UBE surgery,improve lumbar function,and promote postoperative recovery.It has obvious advantages over the conservative treatment of using Western medicine alone.更多还原
