威伐光照射对肛瘘术后创面愈合的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨威伐光照射对肛瘘手术后创面愈合的疗效。方法 收集单纯性肛瘘患者140例，根据是否照射威伐光分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规中药熏洗和外科清创换药，观察组在对照组的基础上予以威伐光照射。比较两组患者创面愈合时间、创面愈合率、创面疼痛评分和肛瘘复发率。结果 观察组愈合总时间低于对照组（P<0.05），创面愈合率高于对照组（P<0.05）；术后第7、14、21天两组疼痛评分差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者肛瘘复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 威伐光照射治疗能促进肛瘘术后创面愈合，减轻术后疼痛，简便易行，安全性好，值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Water-filtered Infrared-A(WIRA) irradiation on wound healing after anal fistula surgery.Methods A total of 140 patients with simple anal fistula were enrolled and divided into an observation group and a control group based on whether WIRA irradiation was administered.The control group received routine herbal fumigation and surgical debridement with dressing changes,while the observation group received additional WIRA irradiation on top of the control group’s treatment.The wound healing time,wound healing rate,pain scores,and anal fistula recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the wound healing rate was higher(P<0.05).The pain scores on postoperative days 7,14,and 21 showed statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the anal fistula recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion WIRA irradiation therapy can promote postoperative wound healing in anal fistula patients,alleviate postoperative pain,and is simple,safe,and worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
