腕踝针联合揿针序贯疗法对髋关节置换术后疼痛的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨腕踝针联合揿针序贯疗法对髋关节置换术后疼痛的疗效。方法 选取2021年6月至2023年6月行髋关节置换术患者130例，按照入院时间分为对照组和观察组，分别为59例和71例。对照组术后护理常规给予疼痛管理，观察组在此基础上给予腕踝针联合揿针序贯疗法进行疼痛管理。干预3d后对两组行疼痛评分、疼痛管理疗效、埃德蒙顿症状评分进行统计分析。结果 干预后，观察组止痛效果优于对照组（P<0.001），两组疼痛评分差值比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）；观察组疼痛管理总有效率（95.8%）高于于对照组（67.8%）(P=0.006)，且观察组痊愈率67.6%高于对照组16.9%；两组患者埃德蒙顿症状评分比较（P<0.001）；两组症状改善观察组效果更佳，干预后差值比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）。结论 腕踝针联合揿针序贯治疗对髋关节置换术可有效减轻患者的疼痛，促进康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with sequential pressing therapy in pain management after hip replacement surgery.Methods 130 patients who underwent hip replacement surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to their admission time,with 59 cases and 71 cases,respectively.The control group received routine postoperative pain management,while the observation group received sequential therapy of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with acupressure on this basis for pain management.Statistical analysis was conducted on pain scores,pain management efficacy,and Edmonton symptom scores between the two groups after 3 days of intervention.Results After intervention,the pain relief effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.001),and the difference in pain scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of pain management in the observation group(95.8%)was better than that in the control group(67.8%)(P=0.006),and the recovery rate in the observation group was 67.6%,which was higher than that in the control group(16.9%).Comparison of Edmonton symptom scores between two groups of patients were statistically significant(P<0.001). The observation group showed better improvement in symptoms between the two groups,and the difference after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The sequential treatment of wrist ankle needle combined with pressing needle can effectively reduce the pain of patients undergoing hip replacement surgery and promote recovery.更多还原
