中国化工产业绿色低碳发展研究综述
Overview of research on green and low carbon development of China’s chemical industry
【摘要】 自然资源的开发利用是人类社会发展的重要过程,其中化工产业系统是复杂资源开发的关键性产业,在如今的“双碳”背景下,化工产业系统实现绿色低碳的发展转型十分重要。本研究综述发现,近年来关于产业系统可持续的相关研究的关注度持续上升,相关研究主要集中在物质代谢分析、环境影响评价、绿色低碳转型设计等方面,研究主要围绕以物质流分析、生命周期分析、复杂网络分析等方法展开,在全球、国家、区域、园区以及技术等多个层面全面评估各维度下化工产业系统绿色低碳转型的现状。产业的发展规划需要系统性的构建、评价方法,但现有的研究在化工产业系统的绿色低碳转型上仍然存在局限性,在面临多资源、多产业的情况下缺乏可广泛推广的系统性框架,难以借鉴成熟案例完成对复杂资源多重交互条件下的综合规划。因此本研究进一步开展了未来化工产业系统绿色低碳转型领域的展望分析,以促进更全面和有效的产业可持续发展策略。
【Abstract】 The development and utilization of natural resources is a critical process in human societal progress,and the chemical industry system serves as a pivotal sector in the exploitation of complex resources. Under the current carbon peaking and neutrality goals,achieving a green and low-carbon transition in the chemical industry system is of utmost importance. A review of recent studies reveals a growing interest in sustainable industrial systems,with research efforts largely focusing on material metabolism analysis,environmental impact assessment,and green low-carbon transition design. These studies frequently employ methods such as material flow analysis,life cycle assessment,and complex network analysis to evaluate,at multiple levels(global,national,regional,industrial park,and technological),the current status of green and low-carbon transitions within chemical industry systems. Although systematic construction and assessment methodologies are essential for industrial development planning, existing research on the green and low-carbon transition of chemical industry systems remains limited. Particularly, under conditions involving multiple resources and diverse industries,there is a lack of a widely applicable systematic framework. This constraint makes it challenging to adopt mature examples for integrated planning when facing complex, multi-resource interactive conditions.Consequently,this study further explores future prospects for green and low-carbon transitions in chemical industry systems,aiming to foster more comprehensive and effective sustainable development strategies.
