【Abstract】 Through youth subculture, internet culture, and mash-up culture, “45-degree” youth adjust their positive mindsets, describe their developmental posture, and express their value pursuits, constructing their cultural representations in the social context. This reflects the conflicting orientations of youth towards “involution” and “lying flat.” This contradiction leads some young counselors to exhibit a “45-degree” survival posture, where they are “caught in involution but cannot move forward, lying flat but cannot relax”. As one of the key figures in the construction of the “big ideological and political education” framework, counselors bear the significant responsibility of educating students for the Party and cultivating talents for the country. Deeply analyzing the causes of “45-degree” young counselors, and constructing a dilemma alleviation path, one that emphasizes the value of counselors’ work as a premise, addresses their role conflicts as a starting point, enhances their professional capabilities as the foundation, and improves their evaluation mechanism as a guarantee, is of great significance.
