基于光散射偏振特性的电力场所火灾烟雾探测抗干扰数值模拟研究

【摘要】 为解决光电式感烟探测器在电力场所火灾烟雾探测中易受到粉尘、水雾等干扰气溶胶颗粒影响导致的误报警问题,构建明火和热解2种电缆火灾烟雾颗粒模型,以及水雾和粉尘2种干扰气溶胶颗粒模型,利用Mieplot和DDA 2种光散射模拟方法对4类颗粒模型的Mueller矩阵进行计算和分析,基于颗粒光散射偏振特性探索电力场所火灾烟颗粒与干扰气溶胶的差异。研究结果表明:0.405,0.633,0.870μm 3种波长下,均能够根据F11/F11(30°)的前向散射峰值区分火灾烟雾和干扰气溶胶,对应的临界值为F11/F11(30°)=200,F11/F11(30°)=80,F11/F11(30°)=30;在0.405μm波长下,可利用后向散射信号F11(180°)/F11(30°)来区分火灾烟雾与干扰气溶胶,其区间由0.06与0.4这2个临界值所界定;3种波长下,均可通过特定散射角范围内的-F12/F11值区分火灾烟雾与干扰气溶胶,即0.405μm(95°~116°),0.633μm(100°~132°),0.870μm(90°~139°)波长下,其判别区间分别由-F12/F11=-0.171与0.431,-0.163与0.25,-0.156与0.232所界定。研究结果可为电力场所火灾烟雾探测抗干扰技术研究提供理论和技术支持。

【Abstract】 In order to address the false alarm problem of photoelectric smoke detectors in smoke detection for fires in power facilities, which is easily caused by interfering aerosol particles such as dust and water mist, this study constructs two cable fire smoke particle models for flaming combustion and pyrolysis, as well as two interfering aerosol particle models for water mist and dust.Two light scattering simulation methods, MiePlot and DDA,are used to calculate and analyze the Mueller matrices of the four particle models, and the polarization characteristics of particle light scattering are leveraged to explore the differences between fire smoke particles and interfering aerosols in power facilities.The results show that, at three wavelengths of 0.405,0.633,and 0.870 μm, fire smoke and interfering aerosols can be distinguished based on the forward scattering peak of F11/F11(30°),with corresponding critical values of F11/F11(30°)=200,F11/F11(30°)=80,and F11/F11(30°)=30.At a wavelength of 0.405 μm, the backward scattering signal F11(180°)/F11(30°) can be used to distinguish fire smoke from interfering aerosols, and the discrimination interval is bounded by two critical values of 0.06 and 0.42.At all three wavelengths, fire smoke and interfering aerosols can also be distinguished using the-F12/F11 values within specific scattering angle ranges, namely 0.405 μm(95~116°),0.633 μm(100°~132°),and 0.870 μm(90°~139°),where the corresponding discrimination intervals are bounded by-F12/F11=-0.171 and 0.431,-0.163 and 0.25,and-0.156 and 0.232,respectively.These findings provide theoretical and technical support for anti-interference technologies in fire smoke detection for power facilities.
